Children's Ministry
The best way we can share God's Love with others is to help those in need, especially the Vulnerable ones. Whether children or elderly, Men or Women; we are all called to be good Samaritans to those in need and also to Love our Neighbors as we Love ourselves, Luke 10:25-37, Mark 12:31.
At Word Power Ministries, Children are Centeral in our Mission to meet God's Humanitarian Calling. Their vulnerability nature and innocent life in which they live, the ability for them to deal with everyday life needs and challenges is very Limited, Especially the Orphans and those living under Poverty.
In the Year 2014, God spoke to us about forming a full ministry to Care for the Needs of His young Children, which we obeyed and formed Village Hope International. As of today, Village Hope International is a fully instituted and registered Children's Ministry Operating under the Stewardship of Word Power Ministries.
The scripture “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” as written in Matthew 19:14, is our inspiration in reaching out to Children.
Our team of Children's Ministry, Partners and volunteers are working around the clock to share the Love of God with every single child in need around the globe. We are all determined to ensure that all Children can get what every Child deserves to have, including a Healthy Life and an opportunity to Learn.
Our Children's Ministry Calling
God spoke to us through a Vision about helping needy Children to grow Healthy and well Educated. In a Vision to His Servant, Pastor Bob Tiwa, "Bob saw in a Vision, a group of people who lived in a certain poor region of the World, they kept bringing needy Children to what was known as Pastor Bob Tiwa’s House, then a loud voice sounded from above, saying that those are all my Children, take Care of them to grow Healthy and Educated". Besides his personal life experience of growing up in a remote Village in Uganda, characterized with similar life Hardship of a needy child today, Pastor Bob Tiwa was reminded by the above Vision from God to start a Children's Ministry Called Village Hope International.
